Board of Zoning Appeals & Property Review Board (5-Year Term)

The Board of Zoning Appeals has the specific responsibilities to perform        administrative reviews, granting conditional use permits and authorizing variances.

The Planning Board ( 5-Year Term)

The Planning Board initiates and reviews all proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, reviews all zoning amendments (re-zonings) and makes a recommendation to City Council and performs other duties as specified in the Zoning Ordinance.

The Village Review Board (3-Year Term)

The Village Review Board has purview over the Old Village District located in downtown Bellbrook and is responsible to review all new construction of main buildings, review all structural modifications to buildings constructed prior to 1945, review signs, and reviews the demolition requests of all or part of a main building.

Historical Museum Trustees (4-Year Term)

The mission of the Bellbrook Historical Trustees is to maintain the historical museum available to the public and to recommend necessary maintenance of the Museum and it's grounds to City officials.  The City of Bellbrook's Museum is located at 42 North Main Street in the Old Village District of Bellbrook and is open free to the  public on Saturdays from 12 Noon - 5 PM.
