City Inducts Dale Wilson to the Wall of Honor
On July 9, City Council passed a resolution to induct Dale Wilson to the Wall of Honor located in the City Building.  The Wall of Honor recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the city.

Dale Wilson retired in July after working for the city for over 41 years.  Dale started as a seasonal employee for the Service Department in 1973.  He worked his way up to foreman and eventually Service Director.  From 1981 to 1984, Dale served our country in the Air Force.  For the last 27 years, Dale has led the Service Department and has been instrumental in many projects that we see and use on a daily basis.  Some of Dale’s accomplishments include the modernization of our water system, management of major street projects, the creation of the city’s computer network, and management of various flood prevention projects.
