2. Nature of Variance:
Please provide the circumstances regarding your request for variance,
i.e., would like to locate accessory building less than the required 8’
from the property line(s); would like to construct a detached garage in
excess of the permitted 600 square feet.
3. Justification of Variance:
Please provide a brief statement (1 or 2 paragraphs) advising the Board
of Zoning Appeals why you feel the variance should be granted for your
project. Please refer to page two (2) of the application to review the
standards the Board of Zoning Appeals must use in granting variances.
Please provide an original signature and date. The Application cannot
be processed without this information.
ALL Applications for Variance must be accompanied by a
completed Application for Zoning Permit, a map or sketch of the lot
showing the proposed project as well as the location and distance of
the proposed project from property lines and a non-refundable variance
fee of $35.
You may mail or hand carry the Application for Variance, along with
the required supporting documentation and appropriate fee to the City of
Bellbrook Zoning Office, 15 E. Franklin Street, 2nd floor, Bellbrook OH
45305. A public hearing of the Board of Zoning Appeals will be scheduled
to review the request within 30 days of receipt by the Zoning Office.
