The Village Review Board
consists of five members selected by City Council. The board meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm depending on cases. Members’ responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the
Overlay Ordinance for the Old Village District including review of new
construction, renovation of existing buildings, demolition, and all signs for
businesses in the old village.
