A part of the Greene County Public Library

The Winters-Bellbrook Community Library is located at 57 West Franklin Street in heart of downtown Bellbrook. The library has a rich and unique history. In 1906, the building that now houses the library was sold by Johnathan Harshman Winters to Sugarcreek Township for $1 with the stipulation that the building only be used as a library. Although it has been expanded a few times, the charm of the original building remains. The City of Bellbrook is now the owner of the library and supports its upkeep and maintenance.
