The Human Resources function plays a critical role in the effectiveness and efficiency of the City organization. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining a high performing and diverse workforce, and creating and supporting a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.
The City's workforce consists of seven organizational components including department and divisions with approximately 53 regular full-time and part-time employees.
