Special Care & Needs

Do You Or Someone You Know In The Community Have Special Needs?
After the 2008 storm emergency, your Bellbrook Fire Department implemented a “Special Community Assistance Needs (SCAN) Program” for citizens within our community. If you, a neighbor, or loved one would need special assistance during an emergency, this program is designed to help. If you would like to be on our list please fill out the SCAN form.

The Bellbrook Fire Department will be more than happy to check on you periodically and help in any way we can. If you have any questions, please call the Department at (937) 848-3272.

Do you have a Child with Special Needs or Medical History?
The Emergency Information Form for Children With Special Needs form is recommended by the American College of Emergency Physicians and is beneficial in the event a child with special needs or medical history would need emergency treatment. The form allows for all pertinent past and current treatment information, as well as what behavior is normal for the child. It would benefit the paramedics and hospital staff who may be involved in caring for the child, giving them immediate information and history on past and present conditions.
